the drivers window won't go down. the rear passanger side doesnt either

The rear passenger will only go down using the control on the door not the main control
on the drivers door.

Not a good idea to throw parts/money at an electrical problem based on a description of symptoms. Bad master switch on driver's door is most likely culprit, but even if you're planning on doing the work yourself, I would pay for a diagnosis
