Winding when i start car it wont start

Starter was replaced spark plugs crank shaft. I had
an oil leak and seem like my whole car died

If the crank shaft was replaced it could be a lot of different problems that may have not been done right. Have the timing checked and see if there is spark at the plugs. Listen to hear the fuel pump on initial key turned to on [not start] it will whir for a few seconds. It is not very loud.
