My 03 sonata won't turn over

Just bought a new battery and drove it
turned It off and now it won't make a sound

Anything is possible, if you are SURE the battery is good and the connections are good, then check all of the relays and fuses. Also, if you can short between the poles on the starter and see if it engages or not then you would know.

Ok my starter tested good connection is good relays work I switched them and everything

So did you short between the poles on the starter solenoid? If you do, and the starter engages then it is possible that the solenoid is bad. If nothing at all happens then probably the starter itself is bad.
