W203 cdi220 2001 won’t reach 200km/h speed

Hi,
The car won’t reach or slows down when
approaching 200 km/h speed and if the road is
incline the car starts to stall instead of gaining
speed despite that the gass pedal is pressed all the
way down it won’t accelerate anymore. There is no
speed limit turned on (for winter tires) or anything
else...

Well I’m pretty sure that I drove beyond 200km/h before and every time I pressed the gas pedal it accelerated more but now it just won’t get 200kmh even though I press the gas pedal to the end... Thanks for the reply.
