Trade In

Asked by GuruVPN9Q Sep 06, 2018 at 04:33 PM about the 2013 Mercedes-Benz E-Class E 350 4MATIC

Question type: Car Selling & Trading In

I have a 2013 Mercedes Benz E 350 that I am currently
financing. I still owe a little over 20k on the vehicle. I’m
having issues with my isurance but I have my lawyer
trying to get things squared away. In the mean time I need
another vehicle. Is there a way if I can trade in my
wrecked vehicle that’s at the wrecker to another
dealership?

Trade it in? For what? $500? The car has a lien on it which means you really do not own it. Once your insurance settles hopefully you will have enough to pay off the loan and have something left over to pay the lawyer.

You're still in the early stages of your claim. Wait if you can! Policy should have you covered for transportation????
