Low coolant temps

Coolant temps are around 85 degrees and check engine
came on. Can't remember the code but it had to do with low
coolant temp. Could it be my thermostat or sensor?

My coolant says 154 on my 2019 Jeep Cherokee Latitude 4x4. Is that good or bad. I am due for s oil change
