Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Hi, my Jeep Compass 2.4l North Edition Manual.
Has transaxle movement at the cv shaft entry on
transaxle and leaking transmition fluid. Video
attached. I want to know the name of the damaged
part and if i can still drive safe and wont damage
other parts if it breaks. Heavy leaking occured after
my inspection (removed the axle from the trans)
and transmition fluid fill.  Leaking seems to stop
over time.  Video below.
