Now you must seek a real car technician. demonstrate the issue, have them inspect and find the cause. i do not recommend driving far like that. Get out and look at the area where the sound eminates from. If it were on the steering axle you could turn, advance forward a few inches and repeat till you inspected the tire all the way around, then do the other side. Check the pressures in the others. It could be a mudflap ? a foreign object ? a failed tire casing ? loose parts ?

It could be the wheel cover has brake dust trapped between the covers centering attachment parts even. If your covers pull off, drive without it and with it to isolate.
