2000 Hyundai Accent

My 2000 hyundai Accent GL will not keep power when I
turn on my headlights,  I noticed my dashboard light and
headlights will gets dim and later turn off completely after
two minutes or less the engine will shot down completely.
I change the battery and alternator, the problem still
continue.  Anyone know what going on. Please email me

Run a voltmeter on it. 12.4 Volts should be minimal. When the vehicle is running it should read 13.5-15 Volts.

I think it is problem of ground connection. Make sure if the connection of grounds are not rusted. If it is so, clean the connections properly then check it again.
