Can I tow my 2000 Hyundai Elantra GLS behind an RV with all four wheels on ground?

Bad idea. There are tow kits on the market that will lift the front end up off the ground, it uses a little hand crank winch that stows nicely in the RV, and hitch up to a regular trailer ball.

There is not a single automatic transmission out there that may be flat towed for more than a very few miles. The problem iss heat. With the engine off, the pump does not circulate the fluid through the cooler. Flat towing will burn out a transmission in very short order
