2000 Hyundai Elantra

my car won't start it will turn off put will not crack sounds as if my car does not
have any gas. i have replaced the fuel pump,bottom o2 sensor and a fuel filter
up under the hood.. What else can i do or did i do something wrong..

Nothing wrong with doing that, but need to check further. Check to see if you have spark, if so then do a fuel bleed down test. Pressure should not drop more than 5 lbs. in 3 minutes. If it does, then there is a leaking fuel regulator, or leaky injectors, and possible fuel lines running to the injectors.

check fuel pump relay first, it's known problem with 01 to 08 fuel pump relay makes bad connection do to getting hot well driving makes bad connection,acts like no fuel in car easy fix pull fuel pump relay bend pins a little and put back in, has happen to me. could be same problem
