Heater blowing cold

Asked by Gordon Dec 14, 2016 at 03:00 PM about the 1999 Hyundai Elantra GL Sedan FWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My 1999 Hyundai Elantra is blowing cold. Have a
new thermostat, flushed system, all hoses are hot.
There is a vacuum actuator (picture) that works for
defrost and internal ventilation. Can't figure this
out. Help
