My 98 Hyundai Elantra jump time what should I do ?

All 1998 Hyundai Elantra's are timing belt (not chain) and are 'interference' engines. That's the bad news, but if it only jumped one notch you might be ok and not have ruined your engine. May I ask how you know it jumped time? Let's go with it did, you need a new timing belt and re time the cam. This is the 1.8 DOHC, if that is what you have the image will get big enough to see, click on it
