could it be that something was not put in it's proper place...like a pivot point for a ball fork, for example~? probably should back-track and be sure that everything is correct~

I have it all back a part right now trying to figure out the problem. I even replaced the master slave cylinder. Bled the lines as well. The fork operates fine now that it is off. But it would not when it was together almost like something was stopping it from working. Another change is the pedal it stops about half way and is hard to push on. Goes to floor when I bleed lines.

did you grab the ball-fork with a big wrench and see if it will actually disengage the clutch? glad the hydraulics are tip-top, but like I said, see if the motion will actually do something...or is Dead and will not move~ ....check the fork...my fiat 850 had a cracked crank and no amount of clutch service could fix that~ a diagonal crack is really really hard to find~
