My car was running great then got hard to
change gears had to slam it check fluids it
was low put more in was still low went to
get more and gear stuck in 1st and the
shifter won't do anything but go up and
down

I think you need a new transmission. You can try your luck and check the synchronizers but I think your gears are stuck.
