Will a 1996 Cobra Motor bolt right into a 2000 3.8 with everything working.Trying to put together a sleeper

K-member for V8 is required as well. Probably have to change out differential as v6 probably has a 7.5" and the V8 would need an 8.8". But the answer is yes, with all the right parts and a lot of work, it will bolt in. No welding or fabrication required. If you have the complete 1996 car, everything will swap over. My son had a 1994 GT, now has a 2003 Mach 1. other than body panels, everything is essentially the same. Spent a lot of hours working on both! ;)
