Why wont my 2000 Mustang start up?

I have a 2000 Ford Mustang. I attempted to crank it up and all it did was turn
over. I checked all the plug wires and was getting fire. Fuel pump is turning
on. I sprayed starting fluid in the breather and and didn't attempt to start.
Could it be a sensor or something in the throttle body?

It should have fired up with the starting fluid if it was a fuel issue. So what does the spark look like? Yellow orange in color or a white blue in color? May have a week spark.
It had a strong blue spark.
There is a timing chain on there, not a belt so I kinda think it did not jump time. You need spark, fuel, and compression to start. The other thing that would not allow it to start would be in the security system. When it is activated, it shuts down power to the injectors. Is there a light saying security flashing on the dash?
Security is flashing on dash
That is going to be the problem, have to figure out how to reset it.
at the rear left inside the trunk by the signal light reset red botton
Do the red botton work
