Electrical problems

My 2000 v6 Mustang  kepted dying on me
and the problem was solved with a new
alternator but now when I went for a drive
the car blow the head lights and all the
lights in the car go brighter and makes a
weird buzzing sound and then the car dies

Vehicle has bad ground check all ground even on data link connector pin 4 and 5 it's ground..good luck
