Mazda 6 TS2Failing breaks and Failing Manual transmition

My Mazda6 Ts2 has a soft break (Not working at all) and the Manual Gear is
engaging but the car still wont move. Recently i replaced the entire engine . Did
i miss something?

I think you need to give your braking system some TLC. As far as your car not moving you clearly missed something, double check your work.
