I have a 2004 mazda 6 RPM revs up and car won't stop

When car is in drive the rpm's rev up and the car wants to take off. I press the breaks and it just goes.

possibly the torque converter is locked, tcc problem however, that doesn't account for the raise in rpm. possible idle air control problem. should scan the computer for codes.
