So I recently got a car from a buddy ( 2004 mazda 6 3.0L), and I have a huge amount of electrical issues that all went wrong at once so I figure there has to be a common problem.

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

The list so far is this.
Guage cluster lights
Rear tail lights
Ac
Speakers
Steering wheel audio control.
Trunk release
Rear defogger
And I am sure there is more.
P.s. all fuses are fine.

Have the body control module checked or replaced. That's a long list of items that are not all related. Checking fuses would be a good start as well. Maybe a bad ground somewhere or cut wires that is causing many of the issues. But the BCM controls many of the above items.
