2000 mustang loses power randomly

Asked by Dylan_Y Mar 14, 2021 at 04:05 AM about the 2000 Ford Mustang GT Coupe RWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I just bought this 2000 mustang and it started
up and ran fine for a couple days and all of a
sudden, I had issues with the anti-theft and
the car alarm would go off randomly. The car
loses power completely though and my key
fob and any button will not work. Sometimes
the theft will flash but then it shuts off when I
try to start the car. I’ve seen many people
have issues with the anti-theft but their car
still has lights popping up. My car has
absolutely no power to it and no solution has
worked so far. I have no clue what it wrong
with it, maybe electrical connection?
