High pitch noise

How can I get rid of this high pitch winning noise when I
plug a charger in my cig plug and ì gets louder when I push
the gas petal

Where is the charger located at in this car.. Model I've been racking my head on this problem for hrs and I can't seem to fix it. I can't even charge my phone anymore in the car cause it's so loud

Probably the alternator. Some whine when they start to wear out. The more power you use, the harder the charging system has to work to keep up. This explains the whine changing with throttle input. Plug the charger in, if you hear the whine, pop the hood, the alternator will be on the front of the motor towards the passenger side. If it's coming from the alternator get it replaced.
