I drive 4 wheels in snow????

Yes but be careful. 4 wheel drive will help you go but you need to be careful stopping. 4 wheel drive does not keep you from skidding on ice.

How can I use the 4 wheels??? The rear tire always skid nt frond tire????

Are you sure you have an All Wheel Drive Durango? The owners manual is available online here: https://www.dodge.com/download/pdf/manuals/2016-Durango-OM-3rd.pdf?myyear=22&myvehicle=5&o-download-button.x=20&o-download-button.y=11 This manual says there is a switch on the center console that can switch from High, Low and Neutral.
