How to fix a leaking fuel pump inlet fitting

Asked by TR_flyer Feb 12, 2018 at 08:06 PM about the 1959 Triumph TR3 Convertible

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

The fuel pump probably has Whitworth threads on the inlet.  The compression
fitting is standard.  Fuel slowly seeps out from the fitting.  Is there any source
for Whitworth threaded compression fittings or is there some other way to stop
the seepage?

You may need to replace the pump. Is the bead/fuel line damaged?
