2 what? Years? Decades? The components you listed will only take of cranking, but not do anything for making the motor catch. You need to check for air, fuel, and spark. After sitting a long time, your biggest issue will likely by fuel delivery.

It won't crank at all the lights come on but nothing else happens
I see. Try the starter relay as well. Also try a voltage drop test to the starter, it will check continuity of that part of the wire harness, an old harness and recent battery change may have blown an inline fuse or fusible link.

starter relay on left front fender by radiator also check ground wire from relay to car battery if is not hooked p car will not start up
