Not turning over at all"

Car isn't turning over change starter plus ground
wire, plus starter switch and  solenoid switch and it
still won't turn over just tap like something is firing
all lights are coming on just no start

I have water in my gas tank and I'm trying to get it out can you help me and tell me how can I get rid of my water

Don't replace parts without actually troubleshooting, it can get expensive. First, make sure battery is fully charged, doublecheck all battery cables for corrosion and make sure they are tight. If all cables are good and tight, bypass starter relay and see if it cranks, if it does, check voltage on small terminal of starter relay when ignition key is turned to start position, if you do, replace relay, if you still don't have voltage on relay start terminal, trace back to ignition switch or fuse box
