No clue??

Driving on the highway in sixth gear
going about 75mph, my car jerks,
kinda bogs down then my service
engine light comes on as well as slip
light and vdc light, at slow speeds
after driving on the highway it stalled
this happened once, after awhile I
not driving on the highway all lights
went off, second time was today all
the same steps, and then making a
turn off exit I highway it stalled again
and powersteerin locked up. What's
causing this, transmission issues,
something loose in the block? Can
anyone help
