2017 ford escape lift hatch won't open

Asked by Andy Oct 14, 2023 at 07:59 PM about the 2017 Ford Escape Titanium FWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Installed a new lift hatch actuator. Closed the hatch and now it won't open. Suspect a bad actuator even though it was new. No way to open the hatch to install another one. Geezus!!
