Engine swap

I have an old 350 small block came out of a 68 c10
and I have a 98 Silverado with the 5.7 vortec. I was
wondering if I kept the carb on the old 350 I could
swap it into the new truck. Would there be problems
with the computer? Will it even fit?

Last time I did a swap like that I had to reprogram the command module in the 98 to run a carburetor instead of fuel injection but the 68 350 fits like it belongs
