1998 Chevy Silverado 1500 Z71 brake lights and brakes

First my brake lights stopped working (and ive checked and replaced everythinh I think) and now
I have no brakes.  I have plenty of fluid and just replaced the resevor.   Ive been trying to bleed
the breaks but im all the way to the floor.

You have air in the EBCM You may have to get connected to a scanner to get it bled out if normal bleeding doesn't work, are there bleeders on the ABS module? I think the bleeding sequence is right rear, left rear, right front, left front,
