93 Chevy 5.7 into a 98 GMC that has a bad t.7

First thing I the 93 5.7 engine and transmission
and transfer and computer and all the wiring
harness for each that connects into the fuse block
at the firewall and also the computer. Can this be
done without a great big mess happening?

No its a lot of work. Of course you have to change out the wiring harness along with the ECU. Also you are going to have to run a fuel return line back the the gas tank. You may be replacing the sending unit also in the tank.

Well, I have the fuel tank and fuel pump basically I stripped out a 93 Chevy K1500 of anything and everything that was any good. It was owned by a school district as their plow truck and the also spread salt with it and it just ate the frame completely out. And it only had 85000 miles I had repaired the frame twice and the 3rd time it just wasn't even feasible to try to fix it again. I also have the fuel line too
