Coolant pours out right exhaust manifold

It's this a blown head gasket or cracked block or what is it?

Probably a head gasket. A cracked block would probably dump the coolant on the ground under the engine.

Does it matter, just pull the head you're going to anyway cracked heads are quite common is there coolant in the oil?
