Transmission slipping

I have a transmission that slips in my 1995 Chevy
Silverado V8 5.7 with a 4l60e transmission it would
be like it went in nutral when it went into 3rd I had it
rebuilt and put it in and it's doing the same thing
could it be electrical problem please help.

Dave, it could be anything related to the transmission. If you had it rebuilt because it had this condition, take it back to the shop that did the job and show them what is happening. I am sure that you paid for the work, you are entitled to have the transmission working correctly.
Don't think it is the transmission....because I changed it with one I got from someone and it ran good until I put it in my truck and it did the same thing mine did. "So I had mine rebuilt and put it in and it did the same thing the last one did that ran good in another truck but did the same thing mine did in my truck", so I think it maybe an electrical issue.
Yes, very possible. Now that you explained more, I remember that a similar problem happened to a friend in his Ford F250. The TCM was not communicating with the computer and he was having different issues with the transmission; I am sure that he had to change the TCM, but took the truck to a transmission shop for the job.
