1995 Silverado 1500 z71 trani problem

My Truck isnt going into gear when i shift it . it
makes a big grinding noise . it hasthe right amount
of oil in it and all . it makes the grinding noise when
its on 2wd and 4wd also , and just wont go into any
gear ant more .
what can it be????
