1995 Chevy Silverado 1500 . Won't start. New battery.

Hi,
I have a 1995 Chevy Silverado 1500.
Just put in a new battery. Parked in garage for over a week. Turned key. No
lights, nothing. Any help, please. Starter ? Alternator ? Do I have to call AAA
to get it out or any other way to get it started ?
