No hot or cold air blowing?

I have a 1997 Infiniti q45 that when the air control is turned on no air is blowing I figured it might be a fuse but their are 2 fuselink can't tell if they are both bad or just one or none no sure hoe to check them. also I have the 2 other fan motor blue fuses  how do i check to see if they are bad or is the fan motor it's is bad.

I am having the same problem, did you figure it out? How much did it cost?

Yes went and got my car diagnosed for $30, the problem is the blower moter was dead, to get it replaced and they were asking for $250 plus labor, I found a new blower moter online from partsgeek.com for a quarter of that price, I have ordered it and will be installing it myself.
