Running Rich/black smoke

i have a 1991 Silverado 350 with 130,000 orig miles but its running rich/black
smoke whe you riv the motor. So far i have put new plugs wires cap rotor 02
sensor new breather new temp sensor no help.

It could be either of those id say but engine runs smooth, Idles perfect, takes gas prefect. No hesitation when u punch it. So not sure...

I would also suggest fuel pressure regulator, they can go bad and develop a nasty diaphragm leak that causes raw fuel to be burnt.
