Fuel system

I have a 1988 Silverado.she's been acting as if the fuel isn't quite getting through.I
changed the fuel pump and the filter.the sending unit is working fine get toady,while
holding the brake the truck sort of jumped forward a bit then cut off and won't start again
any ideas?

did you clean the rotor in the distributor the wire and plugs might need changed

    95 chevy 1500 is loading up with fuel, running rough, back firing. I have replaced the plugs and wires, fuel pump, and 02 censer. It is getting way to much fuel. any ideas what it maybe.
