i own an infiniti j30 1993 how hard would it be to convert it to a 5 speed

i have an infiniti j30 an i guess what im asking if i know i can acquire a 300zx at a reall good price what kind of problems would i run into changing from an automatic to a manual same engine 3.0 l v6

All of them. You're better off selling the j30 and building the 300zx. If you were able to swap the trans onto the infinity engine, you'd still need linkages, the pedal assembly (which im sure is different), some way to trick the ecu in the infinity into thinking that everything is operating per design, output shaft speeds, etc. Unless they made a 1993 Infinity J30 with a manual transmission youre gonna be up a creek without a paddle.
they did make an j30 with a 4speed an the part # are the same in the infiniti as is in the 300zx but there are some differences in the 300zx between the 4 an 5 an 6 speeds
