Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 2017 hyundai Elantra. One morning a couple of days ago I went to start it and it wouldn't turn over. The lights and power to everything was working fine so I thought it was my starter. I use a Autel OBD2 diagnostic code reader and it display $7E8: Engine, $7E9: A/T. What do that mean and where is the problem actually located? PLEASE ME

How is the battery voltage? Lights and som power but not starting could be a weak battery.
