headlight adjustment

Put new brighter headlights in 2017 Elantra  SE. One had burned out so I went to a brighter bulb...it sucks, cant see SHIT. Can they be adjusted to see better

Open the hood and and locate the two access holes on the top of the headlight assembly. Remove the rubber stoppers, one covering each hole to expose the adjustment screws. http://www.danielsternlighting.com/tech/aim/aim.html
