Try this. Put a towel or rag that is moist with water and microwave it till it is warm and wrap it around the handles to thaw them out.
That will work but if the temperature drops well below freezing it will happen again. The only thing that will work is to get the vehicle inside and let them thoroughly dry. However if your in an area like mine you can dry them, put the rig outside and then it rains then freezes and your right back to square one. The only thing that I have seen somewhat work is to coat as much of the handles with vegetable oil, this is very messy so I don’t recommend it.
Or, park the vehicle in a sunny spot for a few hours and let Mother Nature defrost the handles. Once thawed dry the handles with a rag, or towel. This will work especially well if the vehicle is a dark color. Hope that helps! Jim

de icer , after it rains I blow the water away from the key hole before I put it in . There was one time I used a lighter to heat the key and then insert to thaw a lock . Winter sucks , hurricanes suck , earthquakes must be horrendous the ground ain't supposed to move
