Can the seat and steering wheel heaters be turned on for remote start?

When I turn on the heaters for the seats and steering wheel and turn the car off,
they are not on when I use the remote start. Can this be fixed?

There is no mention of the remote starter in the users manual. There is a manual for the remote starter, but then again, there is no mention of the seat and steering wheel heaters.
