I HAVE A 2017 KIA SPORTAGE AND THE OIL IS LOW BUT THERE IS NO
LEAK WHERE COULD THE OIL BE GOING?

The engine is burning it. If the oil light is turning on and off then engine damage is happening. Change the oil and filter then have the oil pressure tested both cold and hot, hopefully it’s not too late, but it is KIA. Good luck

It's normal to have to add maybe a quart in between oil changes. Especially as the vehicle gets older and accumulates miles. Blow by is oil that gets past worn piston rings and valve guide seals. The fumes from this oil are recirculated by the PCV (Positive Crankcase Ventilation) system back to the combustion chambers and burned up. If you see blue smoke from the tail pipe or have oily deposits in the engine air cleaner you have excessive blow by and that's where the oil is going. Jim
