2000 Ranger 4Wheel ABS Brake Problem

I changed calipers, rotors, pads, shoes, drums, booster and master cylinder. After bleeding brakes.master cyl before install, using several large containers of new fluid the brake pedal is spongy but has resistance, shutters, when pressed when driving the rear brakes seem to apply but fronts do not. Out of ideas?

New drums and shoes in the rear ? One thing left is bleed the ABS pump/unit , , you need a special scan tool to trigger it as brakes are bled
