Does this engine require premium grade fuel? What happens if you use regular

grade?

Look in the owners manual, you can use 87 Octane as a min. Using 91 on up will give you slightly better performance and MPG, but probably negated by the increased price.

Use reg gas. Don't waste your money unless the manual tells you to do so, Using higher grade fuels adds nothing to your performance.
