Thank you for responding, I checked the fuse and I replaced it as well. Soon afterwards the fuse blew. I'm trying to figure out if it's something that I can do before I give up. I heard something like the ground wires but I am not sure.

You have a short somewhere.Start by disconnecting wire plugs (connectors) til you find what's causing the fuse to blow. Start with light switch, the dimmer switch tends to be the problem area or if you had resent body damage it might've cut a wire causing it to short out

SOLVED...Same problem, fuses all good. Checked under hood, pass. Side, pervious owner had a short and just emoved the relay for tail lights, I replaced relay and stuff stopped working.. Used this video to find short , easy to locate the system to search with this meathod. Turned out to be the radio, unplugged the harness to the radio, short gone. Turned out someone lost change inside the radio causing the short. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9wLrTjeb9TY&feature=share Hope this helps.
