Car features did not match to CarGurus' listing

Question type: Car Selling & Trading In

We bought a used car yesterday and we realized that the package that is listed
as in the car at CarGurus is actually missing. They stated that we needed to
stick what's on their own webpage and don't look at CarGurus. They did not
accept responsibility.
How trustworthy the information in the CarGurus? Are they directly provided
by the dealers?
Any suggestions for our situation?

LX30215 is correct, it's the dealers that post these ads. Far as suggestions, you can bring it to your lenders attention and they'll probable request for the dealer to re-contract you. If you still want the car that is.
