Comments on dash panel

I have a 2017 Highlander XLE and while driving home late last night, the panel lit up with the message "Please pull over and take a break" with a picture of a cup with heat rising out of it.  Does anyone know anything about this?  What initiated this comment and how.  I may have hit one of the buttons on the steering wheel.      Carl
